Open only to senior mechanical engineering majors.

The application of both analytical and experimental skills to an engineering research project. Individual work with weekly consultations with a faculty advisor.

Goals:

This course is a vehicle by which some seniors can participate in the research being conducted by the faculty of the department. These credits may only be applied towards the six technical electives available in the program.
