Studies of special interest in the phases of mechanical and aerospace engineering.
Prerequisite: Permission of the department.

Goals:
These course numbers are used instead of 467 or 468 when the effort
on the student project is worthy of three credits rather than the 1.5 credits
available through the 4657,468 course numbers. A larger effort is normally
expected of students enrolled in the James J. Slade Scholar program which
is available through the College of Engineering.
